Thank you all for your support, thoughts, and prayers during the Tour of California. It was a tough start in the cold wet rain but got much better. I think the team did great for the first race this year. We started out with a bit of bad luck and were able to finish pretty strong. All the guys seemed to get stronger and race better as we got closer to San Diego. Now that it’s over it seems like a while ago. I’m in Temecula, CA now staying at the compound with Karl, John, and Cam. Floyd floats in and out of here when he feels. We’ll be taking it easy this week until we fly to Mexico on Friday and start racing again on Sunday. It’ll be an 8 day stage race with some big days. The ToC race should boost our fitness if we can manage to recover. I can’t thank you all enough for your comments and support. It means a lot. Thanks again!

We loved following the race — every stage! It was great to be able to watch it live online, and it was especially exciting when we were able to watch you, Brad! We will continue to pray for your safety as you head to Mexico. We’ll keep checking online and cheering for you and TeamOUCH! Thanks for the all of the updates and the great pictures on this blog, too.

We are very proud of you and so happy to have been able to enjoy this moment! Your “card” made it all the way to Howell Michigan and is on my refrigerator! Oh, I won the socks too! Love em!
Love you and safe racing.
